Booking Information

Here is a summary of our booking conditions, together with some useful information about your stay. Please contact us if you have a question. Our full terms and conditions will be provided during our booking process.

• Weekly Bookings
  Weekly bookings run from Friday to Friday throughout the year.
• Short Breaks
  Three night weekend and four night midweek short breaks from Friday to Monday and from Monday to Friday may be available in low season and at other times on a last minute basis. Other short breaks may be available subject to a minimum stay of two nights. When available, prices will be shown on our prices and availability page.
• Bookings
  All bookings are subject to final confirmation by us.
• Prices
  Our prices are shown in Pounds GB and include VAT, heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, toiletries by Arran Aromatics, wireless internet access for use with your own laptop, and concierge services.
• Payment
  A non-refundable deposit of 50% is payable when you make a booking. No booking will be treated as complete until the deposit is paid. The full balance must be paid six weeks before the arrival date. If the booking is made within six weeks of the arrival date, the full rent must be paid immediately.
• Arrival and Departure
  Entry into the apartment will be after 3.00 pm on the arrival date and you will be required to depart by 11.00 am on the departure date. Our concierge will meet you at the apartment on arrival and will help you to settle in. We are more than happy to accommodate an early check-in and late check-out by prior arrangement, depending on availability.
• Guest Numbers
  The total numbers of persons in your party must not exceed the stated capacity of the apartment.
• Pets
  We do not allow pets in any of our apartments.
• Smoking
  Smoking is not permitted in any of our apartments.
