Concierge Services

To ensure that your stay with us is as easy and pleasant as you could wish, we would like to introduce you to our concierge services.

The concierge's role is to ensure that all of your needs are satisfied during your visit. Choose the services you require and please contact us there is anything else that we can assist you with.

Our concierge is available to:

• Meet and greet you with a personal welcome.
• Ensure that the apartment is stocked with anything you require before your arrival: champagne, wine, chocolates, bottles of water and a welcome pack of groceries.
• Provide home made meals to be cooked in time for arrival at your apartment. Please enquire for a menu to choose your meals before your arrival.
• Add a personal touch to the apartment with flowers and fruit for your arrival.
• Ensure that the apartment is heated for your arrival, with burning scented candles to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Recommend restaurants, bars, exhibitions, museums and galleries. She will also be able to tell you about current events in the city such as theatre productions, temporary exhibitions, sporting events and festivals.
• Organise airport transfers, personal beauty therapists, a personal chef for the evening, personal shopping, discounted spa visits and babysitters. Please note that these services will incur additional charges.
• Be on call in case of emergencies.
